This role is hourly, with pay rates starting between $11.60 and $15.70 per hour, designed for individuals who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about providing excellent guest service. The Food Service Team Member is entrusted with preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products and other food items that meet company standards. The role involves meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety in food handling, as well as organizing and stocking work areas to maintain efficiency and readiness. Team members are expected to follow detailed process cards for food preparation and uphold all food safety and handling standards. This position serves a diverse clientele, including professional drivers stopping for clean facilities, commuters seeking their daily coffee, and vacationers grabbing snacks for their journeys.
