The position involves working normal business hours from early morning to late afternoon with a schedule typically spanning Monday through Saturday, while Sundays are off. Scheduled shifts are available between 7 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 7 pm, allowing for either part-time or full-time employment options, with as few as 15 hours per week available for those seeking flexible arrangements or up to a full 40-hour workweek. Some dealerships may require employees to perform vehicle wash and quality control tasks, which can appeal especially to those who prefer less direct client interaction. This position also offers opportunities to learn the operational ins and outs of the dealership, assisting with various tasks as needed. Employees should be prepared for the physical demands of the role, which include frequent standing, walking, talking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Citrin provides competitive and stable pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with weekly paychecks issued every Friday.
