Citrin is a growing, purpose-driven organization dedicated to delivering premium hospitality, driving, and related people-services specifically tailored to car dealerships across the United States. Recognized for its commitment to integrity, hospitality, heart, growth, and balance, Citrin exemplifies a company culture grounded in meaningful values that guide the way they operate. The company's mission centers on creating transformative job experiences for its employees while simultaneously offering extraordinary service to its dealership partners. With a long-term vision of building a thriving community composed of thousands of team members who prosper personally, professionally, and financially, Citrin fosters an environment that encourages career advancement and personal development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a service-driven team at a high-end automobile dealership. The position involves working normal business hours from early morning to late afternoon with a schedule typically spanning Monday through Saturday, while Sundays are off. Scheduled shifts are available between 7 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 7 pm, allowing for either part-time or full-time employment options, with as few as 15 hours per week available for those seeking flexible arrangements or up to a full 40-hour workweek. The company emphasizes a team-first approach and strives to promote from within, with over 90% of current managers having started in this very position. Employees will benefit from consistent mentorship and leadership growth opportunities in an engaging and fast-paced work environment. In this role, employees will act as the welcoming face of the dealership, greeting customers upon arrival and providing exceptional client service throughout their experience. Key duties include moving vehicles around the dealership, transporting customers via the Courtesy Shuttle, picking up customer vehicles, and organizing vehicle inventory. Some dealerships may require employees to perform vehicle wash and quality control tasks, which can appeal especially to those who prefer less direct client interaction. This position also offers opportunities to learn the operational ins and outs of the dealership, assisting with various tasks as needed. Employees should be prepared for the physical demands of the role, which include frequent standing, walking, talking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The role is suited to individuals who possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a high level of energy and dedication. Citrin provides competitive and stable pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with weekly paychecks issued every Friday. Team members earn paid time off beginning from the first day of employment, and full-time employees have access to vision, dental, and medical benefits. High performers are recognized with opportunities for advancement into higher-paying roles and receive continual referral bonuses and performance-based rewards. The organization takes pride in cultivating a supportive and flexible workplace that values employee growth, acknowledging that the personal and professional development of its team members is key to the company’s continued success.
