We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality services year-round, with a primary focus on the busy summer months from April through October. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel Attendants. This hourly position offers a wage of $17.25 and includes a variety of benefits such as sick pay compliant with Washington State law, employee discounts, participation in our recreation program, access to an employee assistance program, and the availability of housing and meal plans. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Hotel Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel. This position involves a variety of tasks including managing public areas, assisting guests with their baggage, supporting front desk staff with guest services, and handling the receipt and stocking of merchandise for our hotel, restaurant, and gift shop. Hotel Attendants are the face of the hotel’s service excellence, responsible for greeting guests and park visitors warmly and providing them with helpful information. Daily duties include ensuring all public areas are kept clean and clear of litter, maintaining restrooms and outdoor pathways including snow removal, and assisting colleagues in housekeeping and front desk operations. The role requires effective communication with team members, a keen eye for sanitation and detail, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items frequently throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have a partial high school education, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Attention to safety and proper use of custodial equipment, including personal protective gear like gloves and goggles, is essential for this role.
