The Membership Concierge III acts as a leader and role model within the Concierge Team, sharing expertise and encouraging behaviors that foster a culture of exceptional service. This role not only focuses on frontline customer interactions but also involves critical administrative duties and involvement with retention efforts to help sustain a loyal and satisfied membership. The successful candidate will thrive in a fun, healthy work environment where building value-based relationships is essential to increasing brand loyalty and helping members achieve their healthy way of life goals. They will manage the check-in process, handle communication channels, educate members about club offerings, assist with account maintenance, and engage in service recovery when necessary. • High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
