The company is known for its supportive management structure, extensive career advancement opportunities, and innovative employee programs. These attributes contribute to a remarkably low employee turnover rate, one-fourth the national average, highlighting SBM Management's dedication to creating a positive and rewarding work environment. SBM Management is currently seeking a dedicated Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team. This role is designed for hardworking and dependable individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments for clients and co-workers alike. The custodian/CSR will occasionally aid in training new team members or demonstrate specific work processes, fostering a cooperative and efficient work atmosphere. Responsibilities go beyond standard cleaning tasks to include customer service interaction, making this a dynamic and engaging position. Key duties include comprehensive floor care, surface cleaning, waste removal, light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies, and adherence to safety protocols. The employee is expected to adhere strictly to company policies and safety procedures, including wearing proper personal protective equipment and exhibiting a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Attention to detail is essential for tasks such as cleaning windows, mirrors, wiping down furniture, and maintaining common areas. The role also involves regular interaction with janitorial staff during event turnovers, restocking restroom and break room supplies, cleaning elevators, and spot-cleaning furniture and carpets. An understanding of reporting systems and environmental conditions is necessary for efficient task completion. Transporting small equipment and supplies within the facility is also part of the daily responsibilities. SBM Management offers a compensation range of $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The company promotes an equal opportunity workplace, ensuring that every employee is valued regardless of race, sex, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship, age, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
