The establishment is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist who will be an integral part of maintaining the seamless operation of front desk services across the campus. This role is categorized as non-exempt and requires availability for shifts from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with work hours between 6:45 AM - 2:15 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, averaging 35-37.5 hours weekly. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. The Receptionist at Sedgebrook serves as the frontline ambassador of the community, embodying the spirit of hospitality in every interaction. This position demands a person with a keen sense of customer service and professionalism, as they will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Daily operations include greeting and directing guests in a warm, courteous manner, managing resident admissions and discharge processes, and maintaining accurate communications across various channels such as phone calls, emails, and faxes. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions and ensuring that information flow within the community is accurate and timely. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with nursing staff and other departments to support resident needs, managing logistical tasks such as packages and deliveries, and overseeing records related to residents' off-campus activities.
