The role being offered is for a full-time custodian responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining designated areas according to strict company and client standards of quality and safety. This position may require frequent interaction with clients, providing a professional and trustworthy presence in the facilities served. The custodian's duties encompass a range of cleaning tasks, including inspecting the work area for compliance, participating in training programs that cover safety regulations and efficient cleaning methods, and maintaining waste receptacles and various surface areas. Responsibilities also include vacuuming rugs and carpeted floors, dusting and wiping furniture and fixtures, removing smudges from vertical surfaces such as doors and partitions, damp-mopping spills, and keeping janitorial closets orderly. The role contributes directly to creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments, which are essential to infection prevention and overall facility excellence.
