The Barista role at Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters is ideal for a highly motivated and positive individual passionate about coffee, community, and exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable coffee experiences by preparing top-tier hot and cold beverages using finely crafted recipes and the best ingredients. Your role extends beyond beverage preparation, as you will be a key team member greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $10.50 to $11.00 plus tips. Working across Dawson Taylor's Downtown 8th Street and Lusk Avenue locations in Boise, you will experience a dynamic and engaging work environment with flexible shifts. • High school diploma or equivalent
• prior experience in coffee preparation or customer service preferred
• ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
