This position is primarily based in a professional office environment within an FBO facility and involves direct interaction with private and corporate aviation clients. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer requests with professionalism and grace, even in the most demanding situations. Candidates for this role must possess strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to provide personalized, attentive service to a high-end clientele. Duties include coordinating services such as arranging hotel accommodations, catering, ground transportation, fuel, and hangar storage, inputting scheduling data, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, this role requires effective communication over air-to-ground and ground-to-ground radios, educating customers on service options and promotions, processing invoices, resolving issues, and maintaining the welcoming appearance of the FBO lobby. While no supervisory responsibilities are associated with this position, the Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in building relationships with local service providers to enhance the customer experience. This position requires working in diverse weather conditions, occasional exposure to loud noise and mechanical equipment, and may include night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
