Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational condition of the store is a key aspect of the role, along with managing inventory levels and merchandising displays. Security responsibilities also play a vital part, requiring the associate to report any suspicious or unsafe activities promptly. Administrative tasks include record keeping and attending job-related meetings.
