The Customer Service Representative at Million Air plays a crucial role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence. This non-exempt, full-time position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, primarily during evenings and one weekend day. The hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $17.00. This role requires an individual who is naturally outgoing and customer-focused, capable of providing personalized service that fosters customer loyalty and promotes a positive atmosphere. The representative is responsible for providing concierge services to pilots and customers, invoicing for services rendered, preparing for incoming aircraft proactively, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders including customers, pilots, and internal teams. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, operate basic computer software, and maintain a neat work area is essential for success in this role.

- Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
