The role focuses on providing comprehensive customer service to passengers during their airport journey including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and addressing queries or complaints. Employees will engage directly with passengers to facilitate smooth transitions through airport procedures and assist with needs such as special assistance for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair users. Staff members operate computerized systems for ticketing and boarding processes while ensuring compliance with customs, immigration, and quarantine protocols.
This position requires a commitment to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Employees will support ramp agents in managing passenger equipment like wheelchairs and strollers and help ensure the timely loading and delivery of gate-checked bags. A significant part of the job involves physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and navigating various airport areas.

- Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs frequently push pull walk stand reach above shoulder stoop squat kneel bend reach out grasp climb and crawl
- Must be able and willing to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
- Must be able to obtain required airport or state or customs credentials
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
