The Banquet Junior Sous Chef role at Limelight Hotels involves substantial responsibility within the banquet kitchen operations. - High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary school graduate or equivalent professional experience
- minimum 3 years of progressive kitchen experience
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
