The position available is for a Porter at The Quarters East Lansing, a premier housing community designed specifically for Michigan State University students. This vibrant community consists of 155 units and 551 beds, crafted to provide comfortable and convenient living. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. You will take great pride in ensuring all public areas remain spotless and supporting the maintenance team with various tasks. The role is integral to upholding the property's reputation and the high standards expected by residents. This full-time position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with potential bonuses to reward outstanding performance.
