The Culinary Membership Sales Representative at Europa Village plays a pivotal role as the ambassador of the Europa Table Culinary Club. This position requires a dynamic individual with outstanding sales techniques, strong closing skills, and a charismatic personality that can captivate an audience. The representative's primary responsibility is to engage prospective members by showcasing simple recipe preparations featuring Europa Table products during live demonstrations, creating a memorable and interactive experience. A passion for food and wine is essential, as is the ability to communicate the unique benefits of the club in a compelling manner. Reporting directly to the Europa Table Supervisor, the ideal candidate is adept at consultative selling, lead generation, and customer relationship management. They will work closely with the Executive Chef to gain a deep understanding of the culinary offerings, enabling them to educate and inspire guests effectively. This role demands excellent public speaking skills, an engaging presence, and a committed effort to maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and upcoming membership programs. The representative will also be responsible for merchandising, inventory assistance, order fulfillment, and operating POS systems efficiently.
