As a Sales Lead at RNDC, your primary responsibility is to proactively advance and secure sales within your designated territory. Your role centers on servicing the needs of existing sales accounts while strategically driving incremental business growth through informed and consultative selling techniques. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing attentive and responsive service, educating customers on the best products to meet their needs, and introducing new products to close gaps in distribution. Regular customer visits and effective communication form the backbone of this role to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships. You will be tasked with developing and implementing an individual sales plan that considers customer needs and geographic factors to shape efficient and effective customer outreach. Alongside, you will support customers’ business strategies by setting comprehensive selling plans for each account and following up to ensure issues related to order accuracy and timely delivery are promptly resolved. 
In the absence of a support representative partner, you’ll also be responsible for merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building promotional displays that enhance product visibility and sales. This position requires regular development of sales skills and product knowledge and may include working nights and weekends on promotional or account events.                 - One year certificate from college or technical school
 - Four year college degree, preferred
 - 3-6 months related experience and/or training
 - Requires a current, valid state drivers license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
