The employer provides competitive compensation, paying $20.00 per hour plus overtime to reward employees for their dedication and hard work. The position comes with additional benefits designed to support the travel nature of the role, including full coverage of travel expenses and one meal per day during each shift. Employees are accommodated in well-maintained housing units with affordable rent ($116 per week) plus a weekly deposit of $25, with the convenience of having a roommate within the housing facilities. 
As a cook within this travel task force, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchens you work in. Your responsibilities extend beyond food preparation to include collaborating with kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting catering events and special functions. The role demands careful attention to inventory management and station setup, stocking, and breakdown for efficiency and cleanliness. In this position, your expertise in handling allergies and dietary restrictions will be essential to safeguard the health of guests by adhering to food safety protocols. 
This position requires a stringent approach to hygiene and sanitation through the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, helping to maintain a safe working environment. Competence in safe knife handling and the use of various kitchen equipment is also mandatory. Candidates must be willing and able to travel out of state, fitting the profile of cooks with at least three years of experience and those with upscale culinary backgrounds, able to thrive in fast-paced and demanding culinary environments.
