• Bachelor's degree in recreation management, hospitality, outdoor leadership, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in resort, recreation, or outdoor adventure programs
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Passion for outdoor recreation, adventure sports, and luxury hospitality
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons, tournaments, or group events
