The role available is the Night Audit Agent position, a critical overnight role within the hotel's front desk operations. This position serves as the vital link between late-night guest services and morning operations. The Night Audit Agent is responsible for welcoming guests with a courteous and friendly demeanor, whether face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. Beyond guest interaction, this role involves maintaining and promoting the hotel’s hospitality standards and managing the detailed night audit processes in compliance with company policies.
