The Welcome Center Attendant role is a critical part of maintaining smooth front-line operations at Coffee Distributing Co. The position is full-time, with a schedule running Monday through Friday, from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 and includes an internal employee referral bonus. This position requires excellent bilingual communication skills, as fluency in both English and Spanish is essential given the diverse clientele and workforce. 
The primary responsibilities of the Welcome Center Attendant include greeting and checking out all drivers and service technicians professionally at the start and end of their shifts, distributing and collecting daily paperwork, inspecting vehicles for compliance before and after trips, and managing parking tickets effectively. These duties require strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
