The General Manager at Fit Fusion plays a pivotal role in the overall success and growth of the gym. This leadership position involves managing day-to-day gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience, while simultaneously maintaining a financially sound business. The General Manager is responsible for cultivating a positive and motivational work environment that inspires team members to excel in their roles. Key responsibilities include team building through recruitment and hiring, effective management of staff schedules, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs to enhance team performance. The General Manager must possess strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategies, operational oversight, and performance metrics to drive gym growth and profitability. Entrusted with steering the team toward meeting and exceeding objectives, the General Manager will implement operational standards aligned with company policies and industry best practices. They will handle member relations by promptly resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction, maintain health and safety standards through facility cleanliness and adherence to protocols, and manage inventory and retail operations efficiently. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and President, working closely with the broader Fit Fusion management team to align goals and strategies. Offering a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses and other benefits, this position represents an excellent opportunity for experienced fitness facility managers to take their career to the next level within a reputable and growing health and wellness company.

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience
• Experience with supervising a team
• Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management
• CPR/AED certification
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow the gym level business
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
