The Greensboro Complex, managed under the Oak View Group, serves as a versatile multi-building facility dedicated to the Greensboro community and its neighbors. This complex is a vibrant hub for myriad events including athletic competitions, concerts, theater performances, cultural arts showcases, educational activities, fairs, exhibits, conventions, convocations, trade shows, and private and public gatherings. It holds substantial economic and cultural importance regionally and boasts nine distinct venues, anchored by the iconic First Horizon Coliseum, a 22,000-seat arena renowned for hosting premier ACC and NCAA basketball championships as well as legendary music performances from artists such as Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, and Taylor Swift. The complex also features the Special Events Center with extensive exhibition halls and meeting rooms, White Oak Amphitheatre, Piedmont Hall, the Novant Health Fieldhouse, Greensboro Aquatic Center, The Terrace, ACC Hall of Champions, and the Odeon Theatre.
Oak View Group is currently seeking dedicated Crowd Coordinators to join their team at the Greensboro Complex. These individuals will be key in delivering direct and exceptional customer service to all guests attending events. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring guest safety, enforcing venue policies, and maintaining an environment where visitors can enjoy their experience without incident. Crowd Coordinators play a crucial role in upholding security protocols, managing crowd behavior, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies, all while providing courteous assistance. The role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and includes benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching available for part-time employees. This is an evergreen position with ongoing application acceptance, offering flexible scheduling that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Given the nature of live events and the variety of functions the Greensboro Complex supports, candidates must be adaptable, attentive, and proactive in their approach to guest service and safety.

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
