Ecolab’s Field Service Representative II – Install plays a crucial role in supporting Nalco Water's mission to drive sustainability and operational excellence across a variety of industrial and institutional customer accounts. This position is based in the New York City, NY area and includes a 50-mile travel radius within the territory, with up to 10% overnight travel. The role primarily involves delivering expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection systems. As a Field Service Representative II, you will work independently in the field, building trusted relationships with customers while providing technical service and field installations that ensure customer equipment operates efficiently and safely. A strong emphasis is placed on safety compliance, routine chemistry testing, data logging, product inventory management, and the installation, calibration, and maintenance of chemical feed and process monitoring equipment. The compensation for this role ranges between $46,300 and $69,500 annually, depending on experience, education, and geography. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment
• Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
