The position of Crew Team Member at McMarro Family Restaurants is an essential role in the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant. Crew Team Members are the frontline representatives of the brand who ensure that customers receive outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment. This role involves multiple job functions ranging from customer interaction to food preparation, cleanliness, stock management, and upholding health and safety standards. Crew Team Members contribute to creating a positive dining experience by greeting customers, delivering high-quality food, managing cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and adapting to various stations such as the drive-thru, front counter, dining area, production kitchen, restrooms, and parking lot. This role requires a "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction. Employees will be cross-trained in different areas to ensure flexibility and adaptability in meeting the restaurant’s operational needs.
