As the General Manager at Burger Lounge, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant's daily success, combining hands-on leadership with strategic business management to create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. This role demands a leader who exudes passion, energy, and the ability to inspire the team while ensuring quality, safety, and service standards are consistently met and exceeded. Handling approximately 70 percent hands-on leadership responsibilities, you will oversee operational functions including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation to maintain Burger Lounge's high standards. The remaining 30 percent of your role will focus on business strategy and growth. You will take ownership of the restaurant’s profit and loss (P&L) aspects, driving sales while managing costs to achieve financial targets. Building a strong community presence to attract new guests and retain loyal customers is equally important, along with hiring, training, and developing an all-star team ready to deliver next-level hospitality. Ensuring compliance with all safety, legal, and operational standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. This position offers a competitive pay range of $27.50 to $29.50 per hour, reflecting the valuable leadership and expertise required. • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• ServeSafe Certification or ability to obtain
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
