We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30 depending on experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet the high standards that our establishment upholds. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and contributing to menu planning and development. This role requires an individual who can balance operational efficiency with creativity and leadership, providing support and guidance to the kitchen team while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Kitchen Supervisor will also be tasked with monitoring food quality and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets the company’s exacting standards before reaching the customer.
Additionally, the role demands proactive management of staffing and labor costs, ensuring that the kitchen operates within budget without compromising quality or service delivery. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced kitchen environment. A working knowledge of food safety regulations and standards is essential, and preference will be given to those holding ServSafe Food Handler certification. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience
