The Corporate Research Chef role at Pilgrim's presents a dynamic opportunity for culinary professionals to deliver innovative culinary solutions both internally and for external customers. This salaried position offers a base salary range between $79,000 and $90,000 and is eligible for participation in the Company's annual bonus plan, which varies based on incentive program terms. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days of employment, paid time off including sick leave, vacation, and six observed holidays, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching available after the first year of service. Additionally, the role requires willingness to travel up to 40% across the United States to engage with customers and stakeholders. - BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience
