This is a remote position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, requiring the candidate to reside locally, as this is not a commutable role. The Aircraft Captain will serve as the pilot in command and bear full responsibility for the safe and secure operation of company aircraft, passengers, and crew members. The Aircraft Captain will report directly to the Chief Pilot and play a critical role in connecting Lincoln Financial employees to clients and customers, thereby supporting the overall company strategy, mission, and vision. The position offers an anticipated salary range of $150,000 to $225,000, with compensation determined by experience, education, and qualifications. Additionally, the role may qualify for discretionary annual incentives and long-term incentive programs, alongside comprehensive benefits. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures, engaging with peers to foster knowledge sharing, and championing process improvements to enhance operational quality. Ideal candidates possess 5 to 7 plus years of business aviation or equivalent experience, a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, and at least 3000 total flight hours, including 1000 hours of jet experience. A valid U.S. passport is required, and candidates must have a stellar safety record with no Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) sanctions or accidents in the last five years.
