The Warehouse and Delivery Associate role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth receipt, handling, and delivery of products while maintaining the quality and integrity of merchandise. This position requires the ability to manage a variety of physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading cargo of varying weight and size, operating powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, and utilizing RF scanners for accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of adhering to safety protocols consistently. Responsibilities include inspecting inbound shipments, accurately processing products using scanning technology, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and providing excellent customer service during local deliveries. The role also involves participation in inventory control procedures, timely reporting of any product discrepancies or vehicle issues, and proper documentation according to company and regulatory standards. Candidates must demonstrate a strong team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
