The Corporate Director of Beverage & Service at HHM Hotels is a pivotal strategic role responsible for designing and scaling beverage and service programs across the company’s portfolio. This key leadership position entails ownership of enterprise beverage partnerships, supplier management, and menu strategy aimed at enhancing the guest experience while maximizing revenue and profit margins. The Director will lead initiatives to engineer innovative wine and cocktail menus, implement standardized procurement and inventory controls, and establish consistent training and service standards across all properties. Collaborating closely with culinary teams and concept development, this role ensures beverage offerings are aligned with the brand vision and contribute positively to portfolio performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the Corporate Director will also oversee compliance with liquor laws and health regulations, support staff training programs, and optimize use of reservation management platforms like OpenTable and ResyOS. The role involves significant travel, up to 75%, in order to provide on-site support and ensure consistency across multiple locations. This position offers a clear path for career advancement to Senior Director or Vice President of Beverage & Service. - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- minimum 5 years of experience in beverage and service leadership roles within hotel or restaurant settings
- demonstrated ability to design and implement beverage programs driving revenue and margin
- experience in supplier management and contract negotiations
- strong knowledge of inventory and cost controls
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- willingness to travel up to 75% as required
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting up to 25 pounds
