We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Falcon 2000EX Copilot to join our aviation team supporting Rich Aviation's Part 91 flight department. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability to meet the company’s air travel requirements. The selected candidate will perform essential pre and post-flight duties, maintain compliance with the Flight Operation Manual (FOM), and contribute to a safety-first culture through active participation in the Safety Management System (SMS). This position demands a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. The Copilot is entrusted with managing various operational responsibilities, including inspections, paperwork, and interfacing professionally with passengers and company personnel. Candidates must have a strong team-oriented approach, outstanding attention to detail, and the capacity to adapt to flexible schedules, including international travel. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary range of $113,669.66 to $153,788.37, reflecting the candidate’s experience, skills, and expertise. • first-class medical certificate with no limitations
• minimum 1500 hours total flight experience
