As a Sweetgreen Team Member, you will deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, sharing menu knowledge, and ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for fresh food preparation, including portioning, chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients in accordance with corporate standards. Working in this fast-paced environment requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Additionally, Team Members use various kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively, ranging from knives and blenders to POS systems and dish machines.
