We are currently seeking a highly capable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role primarily involves supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, which include receiving, processing, packaging, and shipping orders with utmost accuracy. The ideal candidate must possess 2 to 3 years of recent experience operating a standup forklift, demonstrating proficiency in maneuvering equipment safely within a busy warehouse setting. This position may require cross-training to perform various duties in different areas, ensuring flexibility and comprehensive support across multiple functions. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for organizing stock and maintaining inventory levels, inspecting shipments for damages, and ensuring the warehouse space remains clean and orderly. Attention to detail and adherence to company safety protocols are critical to maintaining the high standards of operation expected within our facility. The associate will also assist in unloading and sorting incoming inventory, verifying and pulling customer orders promptly to support accurate and timely order fulfillment. Working as part of a team, the Warehouse Associate will contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues, communicating effectively, and adapting to changing workflows or priorities. The role demands good organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving heavy products. • Proven warehouse experience (2+ years)
• Inventory experience
• Stable work history including excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to operate standup forklift, pallet jack, order/cherry picker and ability to work in high places
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform fundamental tasks on a computer
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions along with problem solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Must be a team player and willing to help out in area

• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• High school diploma required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
