In this position, you will oversee the daily sales and operations of your department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If assigned to the Bakery department, the candidate should have at least one year of baking experience. For the Meat department, knowledge and experience with processing various cuts of meat and proficiency with meat processing tools such as grinders and saws are required.
