We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Member Associate who will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our members. As a Member Associate, you will be responsible for opening the club during the weekdays, arriving early at 4:45 am to prepare the club for a 5:00 am opening. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for fitness, enjoy working closely with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include delivering outstanding member service, handling membership inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, and supporting day-to-day club operations. In this position, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. You will assist members by answering their questions regarding programs, gym equipment, and schedules, while ensuring the gym atmosphere is safe, clean, and welcoming. Additionally, you will collaborate in organizing gym events, coordinating bookings, and supporting marketing efforts designed to enhance member retention and community engagement. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in customer service or fitness environment preferred
• ability to arrive at the club by 4:45 am on weekdays to open at 5:00 am
• excellent communication skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• passion for fitness and customer engagement
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
