The Member Services Coordinator position at Club Los Meganos plays a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional living standards and hospitality that define the Trilogy community. This full-time role, paying $23.00 per hour, is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for all residents and guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. The coordinator offers a warm, friendly, and efficient communication style that positively influences guest and member experiences. Reporting directly to the Member Services Manager, this role is essential in executing daily administrative tasks, maintaining the club's standards, and supporting community events and activities.
This position demands a highly customer-oriented approach with a focus on positive engagement, teamwork, and adherence to the core values of honesty, integrity, respect, and competitive spirit that define BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG). Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, issuing identification cards, providing comprehensive information about club amenities and local events, managing club operations during opening and closing, supporting business center activities, and facilitating communication with members through newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials.
Team members in this role must be adaptable to fast-paced environments, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and proactive in providing high standards of service. The job environment benefits from the use of standard office equipment, and it requires physical capabilities such as standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is necessary to meet the needs of the club community.

                - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - three or more years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience preferred
 - experience in a homeowner association environment preferred
 - computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
 - ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums
 - ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
 - desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public
 - must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision
 - must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
 - must demonstrate initiative with ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
 - must have good time management, organization, and follow-up skills
