This position is designed for a highly motivated and experienced professional who will oversee the rooms division of a hotel property. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management of various departments, including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Club Lounge, and Security. As a key member of the hotel Executive Committee, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies. The role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day operations, emphasizing employee development, customer service excellence, and financial performance.
