The position reports directly to the Center Director and plays a critical role in supporting the preschool’s mission by preparing and serving meals that align with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) requirements. The Head Cook is responsible not only for meal preparation but also for maintaining meticulous records, managing food inventory, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times.
