The Airport Lounge Wait Staff plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and high-quality experience for customers by providing attentive and courteous service. This non-tipped service position requires dedication to customer care, as the staff functions as warm welcomers and experience ambassadors. The job involves serving food to guests following proper etiquette, greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, and possibly handling payments or referring customers to the cashier.
