This role is critical for ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment during their stay. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning various resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. The role involves thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, making beds, and replenishing necessary supplies like kitchenware and toiletries. Attention to detail and a commitment to following housekeeping quality standards are essential. In addition to the cleaning duties, the Housekeeper plays an important part in cultivating positive guest and associate relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with employees, guests, and owners. This position offers competitive hourly compensation, generally starting at $17.25 per hour, with the final rate influenced by factors including experience, education, skills, training, and location.
