The Cook Supervisor role at Summit's correctional facility in Midland, Texas, is a full-time, onsite position paying approximately $17.00 per hour. This position requires an individual who is experienced in leading kitchen teams within a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment. As a Cook Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising kitchen staff operations to ensure that food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
