Reporting to the Resident Manager and Property Manager, the Porter works closely with maintenance staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and property upkeep. This role requires a customer-service oriented individual who can address resident concerns professionally while adhering to safety guidelines. The position involves operating various cleaning equipment and maintaining inventory control while supporting efficient property operations. The work environment encompasses a mix of office settings and outdoor property areas with duties performed in varying weather conditions. Physical demands of the job include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds, and maneuvering stairs and ladders when necessary. The compensation for this role ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting factors like experience, job location, and compliance with minimum wage laws.
