Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager and operating within the Field Operations department, the Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food products according to the specifications and procedures outlined in the Church's Operating Standards Manual (OSM). The Cook plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the kitchen by setting up the batter table, preparing batter mix, balancing and filtering fryers, and cooking chicken to meet the needs of the business efficiently and effectively. In addition to primary cooking duties, the Cook supports the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment through ongoing cleaning and stocking responsibilities.
