The role of Senior Program Manager at Right At School offers a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that is focused on making a positive impact on families and educators across the country. As a Senior Program Manager, you will support field leadership in managing multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs, contributing directly to the successful operation and quality assurance of the programs under your supervision. Working in close collaboration with an Area Manager, you will help oversee program operations, ensure compliance with licensing and district-specific standards, and maintain excellent relationships with school administration, parents, and community organizations. The Senior Program Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of children, helping to onboard and train new staff, and providing continuous coaching and feedback to program team members. You will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing data such as enrollment and staff schedules, and coordinating educational marketing and district events for your assigned areas. The position is part-time pay range is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on education and experience, and requires up to 100% travel between assigned programs.
