Candidates will be expected to manage ingredient inventory and portioning accurately while assisting with kitchen duties including food prep, dishwashing, dry stock and perishable inventory management, and sanitation. Although prior experience in food service settings such as hospitals, schools, or colleges is desirable, Metz Culinary Management is open to training individuals who exhibit enthusiasm and a strong commitment to learning.
