Line Cooks are responsible for preparing a variety of menu items in accordance with Luna Grill’s recipes and portion standards. The job involves cooking meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other ingredients using various equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and broilers. Attention to food safety and sanitation practices is a fundamental aspect of the position, ensuring a clean and safe cooking environment. This opportunity is available in Southern California and the Dallas/Fort Worth area, offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.50 to $19.00 per hour in California and $13.50 to $15.50 per hour in Texas, with potential earnings up to $22.00 and $18.00 per hour respectively when including tips.
