The Cook position at Guest Services, Inc. is a full-time role that operates Monday through Friday, offering a convenient work schedule without nights or weekend shifts. The role primarily supports catering orders and food preparation for one of their esteemed business dining clients in Washington DC. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 based on the candidate's relevant experience. The Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by assisting the Chef or General Manager with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food items, ensuring adherence to recipes, daily menus, and food safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operational functionality of kitchen equipment and work areas, managing food supplies, and ensuring meals are economically prepared.
