Within this dynamic and fast-paced environment, ASM Global is seeking a Cook II to join their Food & Beverage Department. This part-time, hourly position reports directly to the Sous Chef and plays a critical role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals served across the facility and associated venues. The Cook II is a skilled line cook responsible for executing standardized recipes and production guidelines with precision and creativity. This role demands strong culinary skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or supervise Cook I staff when necessary.
The Cook II will engage in various food preparation activities, including cooking hot and cold menu items, operating essential kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers, and designing attractive buffet food presentations. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen environment is a paramount part of this role, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety procedures. - 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen or high volume food service environment
