The Breakfast Cook II is responsible for confidently managing one or more cooking stations such as grill, sauté, fry, garde manger, or breakfast stations. This role involves precise execution of recipes according to established specifications, meticulous preparation of mise en place, and efficient handling of ticket flow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Additionally, the position supports banquet and catering production needs, emphasizing adaptability in a high-volume kitchen environment.
