As part of the kitchen operations, the successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to oversee the comprehensive management of food supplies and preparation processes. Responsibilities include securing supplies promptly to ensure uninterrupted meal prep, proper storage of leftovers to maintain quality and safety, and maintaining inventory levels to streamline kitchen operations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in a culinary role within a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar setting
